PAYG :

Our hourly rate is  £20 - £25 per hour depending on the task

Usually our clients just need to get simple tasks done quickly and well, so this rate comes into effect straight away.   We charge by the minute because it makes sense if a task only takes 20 minutes. It’s true it might take you an hour but, put one of our virtual assistants on it, and it’s likely to be less time and more gets done, more quickly. Time is money and you need only pay for what you use. 

RETAINED AND GUARANTEED 

Of course, paperwork never stops, and you can have your virtual assistant on a retainer so you can keep on top of organization. With a retainer, you sign up for and know with certainty the number of hours guaranteed for your business month by month. 

Monthly Retainer Contracts

10 hours - £250
20 hours - £450
30 hours - £600

2 month minimum contract required
These retainers will take priority over ad-hoc work.
Billed in advance

If you exceed your retained hours we will notify you and the additional hours will be invoiced as per PAYG rates

Unused hours will be transferred to the following month
